House Rules

• Check-in time is 3PM.

Guests are requested to respect the house rules of the apartment block: keep entry door locked at night and avoid late night noise.
Children are welcome, but there are no special facilities provided: kids bed, high chair etc.
Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
Though there is a cleaning fee added to the rental price, we do expect our guests to leave the studio in a tidy condition. And taking out the bins is not included in cleaning fee.

The space
The clever open plan design with distinctive areas for cooking, eating, lounging and sleeping gives this 40m2 studio plenty of space and character.
2 large sofas provide comfortable seating for everybody without cramming the area, the kitchen is equipped with a vitroceramic hob, a microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. A double bed in the sleeping area, and a convertible couch in the lounging area provide sleeping space for 2x2, with blankets and linen supplied. The toilet cabinet and and shower are divided, towels are supplied. A modern inverter/ air conditioner provides cooling in the summer and heating in the winter. Unlimited internet access is available throughout the apartment.
The apartment is located in the old center, in a quiet street leading to the beach, at an easy walking distance to the train or bus station.
Guest access
The apartment is self-contained. Guests have access to all areas and the use of all facilities.
Additional notes
Sitges is environment friendly, and there are waste recycling bins at the beach front at everybodies disposal: glass, paper, plastic and packaging

Please note that taking out the bins is not part of the cleaning fee! Thank you

Neighborhood overview
Though nestled between the busy beach promenade and the main pedestrian zone, the location is quiet and perfect to enjoy it all, shopping, nightlife, beach and tranquility. There are many unique boutiques, restaurants for all tastes and colorful bars at the doorstep, and Barcelona is only 40min train ride away.
Getting around
Sitges is easily discovered on foot, but bicycles and Segways can be rented locally.
