The space
The villa is very bright, hygienic and full of tranquil vibes. It has a big living room, a clean and fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms with a king size beds. The large windows lead you to the sunny garden with private pool and outdoor kitchen. The interior of the apartment is decorated mostly Nordic, with some Arabic details.

The living room has a big smart television to watch your favourite movies and shows. There is also a desk, ideal for those who combine holidays with work, taking advantage of high-speed fiber optic (300mb/s).

The kitchen has a coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave and electric oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher, blender, air fryer and all the kitchen utils you might need during your stay.

The garden is perfect to enjoy warm summer nights and sunny mornings.
Neighborhood overview
The villa is located in the residential area (urbanization) with many other fabulous houses and charming places. There is a security gate to protect the area and you will feel the quietness and friendly atmosphere if you walk through the urbanization There is also a shared outside Sport center with a pool (open from mid June to September with a fee of 2 euros per day) several padel/tennis courts and a restaurant.You can also find a large forest at the back of the building, perfect for long walks.
Getting around
Casa La Palmera is a beautiful 100m2 villa located in Vallpineda, 5 minutes from the city centre of Sitges, many beautiful beaches & many cute villages. 30 min drive to Barcelona and 20 min drive to the Airport.
