Casa 1801 is a historic townhouse of more than 480 m², spread across three floors in the old town of Sitges, just 50 meters from the beach.

Living areas: Spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped modern kitchen with direct access to a private patio.

Bedrooms & bathrooms: Six bedrooms and four bathrooms across the upper floors. Some rooms are en-suite, while others share a bathroom — ideal for families or groups.

Rooftop: A large terrace with summer kitchen, chill-out area, and outdoor shower.

Capacity: Up to 14 guests in a mix of double and single beds.

This is one of the few private houses in Sitges offering such size, comfort, and outdoor spaces in the very center of town.
Guest access
Guests have full and private use of the entire house, including all six bedrooms, four bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, interior patio, and rooftop terrace. The property is rented as a whole; no areas are shared.
Additional notes
- Minimum age to book: 26 years.
- Tourist tax required by Sitges Town Hall: €1 per person per night (max 7 nights, children under 16 excluded).
- Check-in: 16:00–21:00. Late check-in after 21:00 has a €30 fee; after midnight €50.
- Check-out: 11:00.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- One security device at the entrance door, active only if the alarm is armed and never during guest stays.
- Parties or events are not allowed without prior approval.
