House Rules

- No parties or events
- Minimum age to book is 25. All other guests are welcome regardless of age.
- No smoking inside
- Please do not bring glassware to the pool (if glass falls in the pool, we have to refill the whole pool at your cost)
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed
- Respect the Neighbors (keep noise levels down)
- Quiet time after 22:00
- Do not move any large furniture or large appliances
When checking out, please return everything to its original place, as you found it upon entering the villa
Be mindful of the environment during your stay. Keep doors closed, only heat or cool spaces where you are present
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
