Bedrooms
This lovely home features two bedrooms on the second floor, one with a balcony with stunning views. Both bedrooms are adorned with comfortable King Size beds for a restful night's sleep. The first bedroom is an en-suite master bedroom, complete with a beautiful characteristic bathroom. Meanwhile, the second bedroom doubles as a luxurious office space equipped with a printer for those who need to work remotely. Guests staying in the second bedroom have access to a bathroom conveniently located in the hallway, ensuring privacy and convenience for all. Additionally, there's a third bedroom located in the basement, perfect for children to play and unwind. It features two single beds that can be joined together or used separately, catering to various sleeping arrangements. All three bedrooms come with spacious built-in closets, providing ample storage space for your belongings during your stay.
Kitchen & living room
The kitchen is fully-equipped (dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster) with lots of space and a bar to enjoy a drink while cooking. Besides the kitchen, there is a spacious laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. The living room of this villa is spacious and bright, with a large family dining table and a comfortable sofa.
Outdoor area
The outdoor area of this villa is amazing. In addition to the indoor kitchen, you will have a big and comfy lounge area. Right next to this area, you will find the outdoor dining table. When you walk further, you can enjoy all the Mediterranean plants and green areas to chill in. The backyard of the villa has a spacious grass area to relax and enjoy the sun, with plenty of space to set up an inflatable pool for your children and enjoy the amazing sunny days.
Parking, AC and location
We have one off-street parking spot, and you can also park for free on the street. There is 24/7 surveillance in the neighborhood, ensuring the safety of your car. Stay cool with air conditioning throughout the whole villa. Our Airbnb is conveniently located within a 20-minute walking distance to Sitges, several popular restaurants, hiking trails, and beaches, making it an excellent base to explore the area. Sitges is just a 5-minute drive away.

- The outdoor pool of Vallpineda Centro Deportivo is open from 13 June - 13 September. The fee is 2,50 euro per day. In the same area you can play Padel or Tennis. You can rent a court for 3 euro per hour. We will provide you rackets and balls. There is also a tasty restaurant.
-The indoor pool Club Natació is open all year from 6:30- 22:00 during the week, from 8:00-21:00 on Saturdays and 8:00-14:00 on Sundays. 10 euro for 1 entrance of 79 euro for 10 entrances.

Neighborhood overviewThe villa is located in the urbanisation Vallpineda which is famous for its coziness, beauty and quietness. A perfect place to escape all the beautiful (but crowded) cities close by. The impeccable La Palmera villa is a perfect place to enjoy Sitges and the beautiful neighboring villages. You can visit vineyards and olive oil yards, eat cheap and fresh Mediterranean food in many typical Spanish restaurants, rent a boat in the port of Sitges, hike in the mountains (such as Parc del Garraf), visit Barcelona, Vilanova i Geltrú, Tarragona and enjoy the stunning beaches around Sitges.
Getting aroundOn a 3 minutes walk, there is a small supermarket, open 7 days a week from 9:00-22:00. You can drive within 5 minutes to the city center of Sitges. There is also a busstation 5 minutes from the apartment that goes directly to the center of Sitges. You can also walk to the center in approximately 20 minutes.
You can go to Barcelona by car (around 30 min) and by train (around 40 min to Barcelona Sants).
Other cities around Sitges are also worth it to visit! Such as Sant Pere de Ribes (they have the best breakfast at Cabaler Cafe), or visit the beaches and/or the Rambla of Vilanova, go for a traditional restaurant in Canyelles and/or or visit some other beautiful places around the coast (Garraf, Calafell, Tarragona etc.)! In the villa we will provide you a tourist guide with all our recommendations.
