The space
The villa is distributed on two floors, with four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms in total.
Downstairs there is another fully equipped open kitchen, a living room that can do the bedroom with sofa bed and a large living room.
Guest access
The garden has an area equipped with outdoor dining tables, armchairs and umbrellas to enjoy meals with family or friends, the Mediterranean climate and be able to sunbathe in a relaxed way.
The home has a home automation system.
The home automation system controls the electrical items of the home. Like a conventional electrical facility, the electrical panel of protections is maintained with differentials and magnetothermic differentials. Home automation adds devices that allow for automatic control of lights, plugs, blinds or curtain motors, and heating and air conditioning systems.
